25 Conz StreetIn 1830 Naomi Pease bought a third of an acre of land fronting on Maple Street (now Conz St.) from Justice Parsons for $200.00. The house seems to appear on the 1831 map, and remained in the Pease family until 1895. The house is two-and-a-half stories in height with pedimented gable to the street. The tympanum is covered with flush boarding and has a two over two sash window. A one-story porch with hipped roof, turned posts, carve brackets and patterned balustrade extends across the three-bay facade. |
