This two and a half story house was built around the turn-of-the-century. The first known owner was Daniel Martin, a policeman. The house is two stories in height with pyramidal roof of hexagonal slate, triangular dormers with scroll-like dormers give the house a distinctive touch. The western side has an oriel window with bracketed cornice.
