Justus A. Boies b. 1846 d. June 28, 1863, Chicago, IL 1st Lieutenant, 13th Reg. U.S. Infantry Youngest son of Justus and Sarah E. Boies Aged 22 yrs. 10 mos. He died in Chicago, Ill. June 28, 1863 From the effect of a Cannon shot wound reciev'd In battle, May 22, 1863, During the siege of Vicksburg.
